Dallas, TX – July 28, 2009 - POER’s Vice President of Finance Kathryn McBride will be participating as one of eight judges at the Dallas Business Journal’s 2009 CFO of the Year Awards.

The CFO of the Year Award, presented in nine categories, gives recognition to financial professionals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for outstanding performance in their roles as corporate financial stewards. Applicants will be judged according to their contributions to other areas of corporate management, contributions to a company’s growth and profitability,
charitable and civic involvement and overall performance.

Winners of the CFO of the Year Award will be announced at a special luncheon at the Westin Galleria on October 22, 2009.
