William L. DuBois

President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. DuBois joined the POER Company in 1977 and has over 35 years of experience in the property tax consulting field. His experience and responsibilities with the POER Company has covered all geographic areas of the U.S. and Canada and all facets of the business. He was responsible for the firm's practice development in the Eastern U.S. and Canada. In his current capacity, he is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company.

Before joining the firm, he was a project manager for Cole-Layer-Trumble Company, where he was responsible for performing reappraisal programs for local and state governments.

He has appeared as a speaker before numerous professional real estate and property tax organizations. He authored and contributed to articles appearing in national trade publications. He is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, and the National Multi Housing Council.

Mr. DuBois holds a B. A. degree from the University of Tampa.  He is a member of the Executive Committee of the POER Company.
