Tom Rawlston

Senior Vice President

Mr. Rawlston holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is licensed by the State of Texas as a Property Tax Consultant and is a member of the Executive Committee of the POER Company.

He joined the POER Company in 1981 and is responsible for Information Services and 'Specialty Property Tax Services', Center of Expertise (COE). The COE develops, markets and services the national personal property compliance market and this business unit represented more than 25% of the Company's 2001 revenue. Mr. Rawlston directed the development and implementation of POER's strategic information systems, which represent today's most sophisticated and beneficial applications available in the property tax consulting industry. 

Mr. Rawlston is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals. He has completed courses in Property Tax from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and the International Association of Assessing Officers.
